The only relevance getting the serial off their site has; is in your personal account which should list any software you purchased from them. Did you use a valid email address? When I did get logged-in I saw my registered Sonar and the order for Kinetic, but no serial number for Kinetic. To get Kinetic I sent in the form that came with the Sonar software - there was no indication or instruction concerning needing to do something specific to get a serial number.

I have recevied a few E-mails from Cakewalk, but none on this subject. The registation number for Sonar did get sent to me via E-mail, but I had the serial number so I was able to load the program onto my computer.

I can not register Kinetic because I can not install it on my computer because there is no serial number. I tried E-mailing them through thier website, but I kept getting error messages so I assume that the E-mail never made it to them. I guess that it means another phone call and 20 minute que time.
