I am a professional wedding photographer. I ran out of larger USB drives so I ordered some new drives. I selected the 5 day turnaround. I informed my clients that their USB would be ready next week. Well it is now 11 since I placed my order on February 22nd and I still have not received my shipment. I called customer service on March 4th to find out the status and they apologized saying it was supposed to be shipped out on march 1st and wasn't. I was told they would overnight them to me via next day air.

They DID NOT. They sent it standard ground and now my clients who keep asking for their images have to wait 2 more days till they can get their images. This will now be the 3rd time I have had to inform my clients their photos will be delayed. I called customer service and asked what happened and they told me I should have selected a faster delivery option! I selected 5 days and its going to end up taking 13!!!

Use another company if you need a fast turnaround.
